Customer Service | Where To Pay Your Bill

Our Customer Information System was designed to improve customer service, making it more efficient and friendly. Customers are now billed on a monthly basis instead of bi-monthly, to allow customers to more easily budget for their water/sewer service and has extended its customer service hours and added telephone payment capability.

We also offer Online Bill Pay a convenient, secure way to access your account and pay your bill from your computer. You can also access Online Bill Pay by visiting www.atlantaga.gov and clicking on “Online Services.

For customers who want to pay in person, DWM has partnered with Fidelity Express to establish satellite payment locations in neighborhoods throughout the City. Click here for a list of satellite payment locations.

Easy-to-use payment kiosks are located in the lobby of City Hall (55 Trinity Avenue) and in the North and South Fulton government annexes.

There is no service charge for online and kiosk payments. However, there is a service charge of $1.50 to pay at one of the satellite locations.
