Identity Theft Alert

Federal law enforcement officials have identified an identity theft scam that states that if the user provides a Social Security number or other personal information, the Obama administration will pay his or her utility bills. This is a scam. Please do not provide your personal information to anyone online. If you think you have been a victim, please call 911 or your local police precinct and the credit bureaus (Experian 1-888-397-3742, TransUnion 800-680-7289, Equifax 1-888-766-0008). Also call 404-658-6500 to cancel the fraudulent payment and make a valid payment.

More importantly, DO NOT use the account and routing numbers provided to pay your water/sewer bill.
