DWM Observes Fix-A-Leak Week

March 15-21 is Fix-A-Leak Week. The City of Atlanta and EPA’s WaterSense program encourage customers to look for and repair water leaks in their homes and businesses. Doing so saves water and results in lower water/sewer bills.

To get the word out, DWM’s Office of Water Efficiency will team up with City mascots to take part in Atlanta’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 13. The mascots will also join Office of Water Efficiency employees at area malls during the week to teach leak detection, simple fixes, and effective water conservation methods.
