Watering Restrictions Currently in Effect

Atlantans love their lawns, and they spend thousands of dollars every year planting the azaleas, cherries and redbuds that make the City so beautiful – and polleny! – in the spring. But bear in mind that there are statewide watering restrictions in effect. Newly installed landscaping can be watered daily for 30 days between the hours of 4 pm and 10 am every day. All other outdoor uses must adhere to the odd/even watering schedule (odd-numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays; even-numbered addresses can water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. No watering is permitted on Fridays.)
