Bureau of Public Relations and Communications

Led by Acting Deputy Commissioner Janet Ward, the Bureau is responsible for all communications materials, including internal and external material, maintenance of the Department's website; video production for the Department; and all media-related activities. It also is responsible for all public outreach and public participation programs, and all project-related communications with the public and affected residents. The Bureau also incorporates the activities of the Department's Office of Water Efficiency with its conservation programs, public outreach components, participation in statewide water planning and legislative activities.
