Sally Mills, Deputy Commissioner

Sally Mills is Deputy Commissioner for the Bureau of Stormwater Protection. Ms. Mills is a native Atlantan, educated in the Atlanta public school system. Ms. Mills has been in the Bureau of Drinking Water for 33 years and has held various positions through the years in all aspects of the bureau's operations and maintenance.
