Mission: To protect watersheds compliance with State laws and City codes related to erosion and sedimentation control.

It is the responsibility of the property owner, developer, and designated planners and engineers to review the zoning ordinance, storm water management ordinance subdivision ordinance, flood damage prevention ordinance, land disturbing activity ordinance and other ordinance that regulate the development of land within the jurisdictional boundaries of the city.
