E-bill customers who were billed on June 8, 2016 will notice that the base charges are displayed on the bill, but the usage charges are not. While the usage charges are not shown, the total amount due is accurately reflected on the bill. This issue only affects bills that are generated real-time on demand, and does not include printed bills. Customers may also utilize the IVR or speak with a customer service representative between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 404-546-0311 to verify the amount due.
