The following items are required:
- A notarized lease agreement
- A required deposit of $80 (varies depending upon meter size) and an account establishment fee of $15
- A valid Government-issued ID
- A completed application for water and sewer service form
Property Owners — If you have recently purchased property, a copy of the Closing Statement, Settlement Statement and/or Warranty Deed is required to establish new service. Please contact our Customer Service Call Center at 404-546-0311 (Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm EST), for deposit information and account establishment fees.
