Dan Oakley, CPP, Director of Security and Safety

Dan Oakley serves as Director of the Office of Security and Safety, responsible for the development and oversight of security, safety, and emergency response plans for the department’s water and wastewater infrastructure and facilities.  These responsibilities include developing and implementing processes and procedures that mitigate risks and liabilities and minimize financial losses and exposure.  Dan, a physical security and emergency preparedness professional, has more than 30 years experience in security systems and programs, management and training, emergency response, investigations and intelligence.
