WebConnect Video Tutorial and Login Page

DWM’s WebConnect online payment system upgrade is available. WebConnect provides several new features for customers interested in viewing or paying their bills, including the ability to set up recurring payments, to make future payments that will occur on specific dates, and to more easily manage and pay for multiple water/sewer accounts.

To use WebConnect, you need to have an Internet connection with a transmission speed of 56K or higher. You will also need:

• Microsoft® Internet Exporer® 7.x, 6.x
• Firefox® 1.x, 2.x
• Mozilla® 1.7.x or Netscape® 7.x
• Safari® 1.3
• Opera® 9.x

Adobe® Acrobat® Viewer (7.x recommended)

Screen Resolution: Minimum 800 x 600

If you want to export, view, and format data from WebConnect, you’ll also
need to have Microsoft Excel® installed.
