In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health pandemic, the Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has implemented actions to adjust its operations and services to ensure the safety and health of employees and members of the public. Therefore, our Walk-in Centers are closed to the public. Alternative methods to pay your water and sewer bill include: Western Union; online payments at payatlwateronline.com; Atlanta City Hall-DropBox; or mail checks to City of Atlanta, P.O. Box 105275, Atlanta, GA 30348.
