TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Road Closure near 3794 Land O Lakes Drive NE due to Sewer Main Line Repair Construction
What: Full Road Closure due to Sewer Main Line Repair Construction.
Where: Land O Lakes between Roswell Rd. NE and Old Ivy Rd. NE
When: Monday 15, 2023, and continue through Friday, May 26, 2023, weather permitting. Operational Hours for crew members are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Comments:
Traffic control measures and signage are in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents, business owners, employees and customers will still have access to their homes and businesses. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. Residents and businesses will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pickup. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
DETOUR
Motorists traveling West on Old Ivy Rd. NE will turn right onto Roswell Rd.NE and then right on Sheldon Drive NE towards Land O Lakes Drive NE to end the detour.
Motorists traveling North on Roswell Rd. NE will turn right onto Roswell Rd. NE and then turn right onto Sheldon Drive NE towards Land O Lakes Drive NE to end the detour.
