Comments: Crews will install a new 6-inch main resulting in a road closure on Sixth Street NE between Juniper Street NE and Piedmont Avenue NE. Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 7, 2018, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and last approximately three weeks.

Traffic control measures and flaggers will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents and businesses will have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
