Road Closure on Peachtree Road Due to Sewer Line Replacement

What: Road closure due to replacement of 8-inch sewer line

Where: Two southbound lanes on Peachtree Road (1800 Peachtree Road) will be closed between Palisades Road NE and Collier Road NW

When: Work is underway and is anticipated to be completed by Friday, June 29, 2018

Comments: Crews are performing an 8-inch sewer line replacement due to concrete filling the 45-foot length of the pipe. The sewer line needing replacement is located in the center of the 1800 block of Peachtree Road.

Work is underway and will last until the repair is completed which is anticipated to conclude by Friday, June 29, 2018 due to the complexity of the repair and replacement process.

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
