Traffic Signal System Repair to Close Moores Mill Road 

What: Repair or replacement to traffic signal system resulting in road closure

Where:  1980 Moores Mill Road NW (Bolton Road and Coronet Way intersection)

When:  Sunday, January 21 –Monday, January 22, 2018

Comments:  The temporary traffic signals at Moores Mill Rd NW are malfunctioning and not operational. As a result, both lanes on Moores Mill Rd NW are closed to traffic between Coronet Way NW and Bolton Rd NW. A contractor is scheduled to repair or replace the signal system on Monday, January 22, 2018. Upon confirmation of the signal repair, the two lane closure will be reduced back to one northbound lane closure on Moores Mill Rd NW until specialty parts for repairs to a 30-inch concrete main is received and repairs are complete.

Barricades have been adjusted and detour signs are in place to help guide motorists to Coronet Way and to Bolton Road. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
