Water Main Work to Affect 10th Street, Hemphill Avenue Intersection

What: Temporary lane closures due to water main inspection

Where:  10th Street NW, Hemphill Avenue NW intersection

When:  Wednesday, January 10 and Thursday, January 11, 2018 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)

Comments:  Crews will inspect water mains on 10th Street NW and Hemphill Avenue NW, resulting in the temporary closure of the northbound lane on Hemphill Avenue and one westbound lane on 10th Street on Wednesday, January 10. The southbound on Hemphill Avenue and one eastbound lane on 10th Street will be temporarily closed on Thursday, January 11. Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Motorists are urged to use caution and to avoid the area if possible.
