Welcome to DWM’s Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP)

The goal of the CEIP is to position Atlanta as one of the nation’s top-rated utility providers in service delivery AND customer service. The initiative will ensure that EVERY team member, at every level, understands the importance of their role in the customer’s experience.

The CEIP aligns directly with our strategic plan SP2022: A One Water Vision. The ultimate goals for the strategic plan are to meet the needs of our customers by ensuring access to safe, clean drinking water while investing in infrastructure to improve our resilience, make operations more efficient and facilitate the continued growth and economic prosperity of the metro Atlanta region.
