NEWS RELEASE

ATLANTA – The Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has initiated repairs on a 16-inch water main that was damaged as a result of a car accident at 2099 Peachtree Road. This incident has led to service interruptions in the area. 

For safety reasons, two northbound lanes of Peachtree Road are temporarily closed to protect both work crews and the public. Motorists should use caution and consider taking alternative routes due to traffic congestion. Traffic control measures have been implemented in the area, and we recommend that all drivers proceed with caution when navigating through this location. 

There is no estimated completion time, but updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
