UPDATE AS OF 11:15 A.M.

DWM Crews and Contractors Continue Working to Restore Water Service on Nancy Creek Rd. and Northside Parkway Area

 ATLANTA – The Department of Watershed Management (DWM) is making progress into the water outage investigation affecting the Nancy Creek and Northside Parkway area. In addition to internal staff, DWM is engaging external contractors to assist with identifying the cause of the outage, including a 12-inch valve, and restoring water service as quickly as possible. 

For residents affected by the water outage, bottled water is available at the Westminster School, located at 1424 West Paces Ferry Road. As an additional resource, non-potable water to fill personal containers is available at the following Fire Stations: 

  • Station 27 – 4260 Northside Dr. NW 30327 
  • Station 21 – 3201 Roswell Rd. NE 30305 
  • Station 23 – 1545 Howell Mill Rd. NW 30318
