Full Road Closure Near 588 Trabert Ave NW due to Sewer Main Line Repair

What: Full Road closure due to open cut repair to sewer main line

Where: Near 588 Trabert Ave NW between Northside Dr NW and Hawthorne Ave NW

When: Monday August 7, 2023, for approximately two to four weeks weather permitting. Operational hours are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments:

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. If businesses, schools, and places of worship are near the work zone, they will continue to be accessible.

Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. The community will still be accessible regarding mail and package delivery, emergency services, and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed with caution, and avoid the area if possible.

Detour:

Motorists traveling North on Northside Dr. NW will turn right onto Deering Rd NW then right on Hawthorne Ave NW, to access Trabert Ave NW to end the detour. Motorists traveling South on Northside Dr. NW will turn left onto Deering Rd NW then right on Hawthorne Ave NW, to access Trabert Ave NW to end the detour.
