Temporary Road Closure Near 5 Pritchard Way NE due to Sewer Main Line Repair

What: Full Road closure due to sewer main line external point repair construction

Where: Near 5 Pritchard Way NE between Oak Valley Rd. NE and Lakeside Dr. NE

When: Monday, June 19, 2023, for approximately three – four weeks, weather permitting. Operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Comments:

Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Residents residing in and near the work zone will continue to have access to their homes. If businesses, schools, and places of worship are near the work zone, they will continue to be accessible. Alternative parking will be needed for vehicles usually parked in the street. The community will continue to be accessible regarding mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up. Upon entering the work zone for any reason, please proceed with caution, and avoid the area if possible.

Detour:

Motorists traveling South on Oak Valley Rd. NE will turn left on Kingsboro Rd. NE and then turn left onto Roxboro Rd. NE to access Pritchard Way ending the detour.
