TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Full Road Closure at 522 Peachtree Battle Avenue NW between Sagamore Drive NW and Alton Road
What: Stormwater infrastructure work
Where: 522 Peachtree Battle Avenue NW and 2499 Sagamore Drive NW
When: Beginning Monday, May 15, 2023, and last approximately six to eight weeks, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Comments:
The Department of Watershed Management has contracted crews to install a 24-inch stormwater line at 522 Peachtree Battle Avenue NW and 2499 Sagamore Drive NW.
Traffic control measures will be in place to guide motorists around the work zone. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling near the work zone. Residents will continue to have access to mail and package delivery, emergency services and trash pick-up.
Detour:
Traffic heading east on Peachtree Battle Avenue NW will turn right onto Sagamore Drive NW and left onto Woodward Way NW and left onto Alton Road.
Traffic heading west on Peachtree Battle Avenue NW will turn left onto Alton Road and right onto Woodward Way NW and right onto Sagamore Drive NW.
