Detour: Traffic heading north on Hill Street SE will turn left onto Tuskegee Street SE and turn left onto Martin Street SE. 

Traffic heading east on Farrington Avenue SE will turn left onto Connally Street SE and turn right onto Tuskegee Street SE and then make a right turn onto Hill Street SE. 

Traffic heading south on Connally Street SE will make a right turn onto Farrington Avenue SE and turn left or right onto Martin Street SE.
